The Tidewater offers large comfortable rooms with refrigerators and some with waterviews, both an outdoor and indoor heated pool and hot tub, and our own 50's style diner which serves a hearty homestyle breakfast. Our landscaped picnic area overlooking Mill Creek Bay with picnic tables, grills and playground is perfect for a family vacation. Centrally located and close to ferries, beaches, golf, shopping, restaurants, and whale watching. All rooms are non smoking.

	Follow signs to Route six East. Exit at number seven, the Willow Street, West Yarmouth exit. At end of exit ramp, turn left and proceed approx. one mile to third traffic light. Turn left at lights on Route 28 (Dunkin Donuts is on the left) and proceed approx. one mile. We are located on the right on the corner of Baxter Avenue, across from Mill Pond.
