From Airport:Take Expressway to Sumner Tunnel ($3.00 toll). Stay in left lane. When exiting the tunnel, follow signs to Rte 93N. Follow 93N to Rte 495 South (Exit 44B) to Rte 3 North (Exit 35 B). Continue to Exit 32. At end of the exit there will be a set of lights, continue straight. Get into the right lane and follow Rt.3A/4 North. At the first set of lights, take a right onto Technology Drive. Proceed to the next right, Research Place, the hotel is ahead. From Downtown: Take Route 93 north to Route 128 south. Take Route 3 north to exit 32 (Drum Hill). Follow signs to Rt. 4/3A. Hotel will be on your right. Pass hotel and take first right onto Technology Dr. Take first right onto Research Place.
